On this page we have tried to compile some useful sources of information. The first and best site for information and resources on deaf-blindness is the website of the National Center on Deaf-Blindness – www.nationaldb.org. There you can find an extensive library of resources, forums on specific topics, links to on-line training modules for interveners called Open Hands, Open Access, a Transition Toolkit with ideas for students with deaf-blindness who are moving into the adult world and reports on each state’s Deaf-Blind Project.
WEBSITES AND AGENCIES will link you to some of the major sites with articles and webcasts on topics related to deaf-blindness. We also have a list of national and state agencies that provide services or support for persons who are deaf-blind.
